Following shipping policy is applicable only for orders which we receiving on our this website, for order which you place on Amazon, ebay, Walmart, bonanza or any other third party platform please refer to respective website’s shipping policies and consider the delivery time frame given to you at the time of checkout, on these platforms you will find much shorter delivery time than described below.

Delivery time mentioned above immediately starts from the moment order marked as shipped on website and it is the maximum delivery time frame which we have provided, normally you will find delivery earlier.

Only in exceptional situation you may find parcel delayed by 5-10 days in above mentioned delivery time. Otherwise, sometimes you may find parcel delivered only within 5 working days also instead of 14 to 28 working days, our aim will always be to provide you the delivery as faster as possible before the estimated delivery time. But we always suggest to place the order considering the maximum delivery time frame shown to you at the time of placing the order, so you can have the product available in time when you need it.

Our order handling time is 2-3 working days, normally we process orders within 24 hours itself, but if sometimes if there any exceptional situation, in those case it will be processed maximum within 3 working days, it will not be delayed for more than 3 days.

 

One important thing about delivery address, it is request to everyone to provide the full delivery address to avoid mis-delivery of the package, normally a complete delivery address contains the following fields:

• House/Shop/floor no., Apartment/building or house name if any

• Street name or any nearby landmark

• Area name (applicable in case of some countries)

• City name

• State name

• Postal code (please be careful in postal code it should be correct, otherwise parcel will be returned)

• Country name

• Recipient contact no (contact no mostly not necessary but will be better if you provide it if sometimes in exceptional cases delivery carrier have to contact to you about delivery)

About delivery address please provide all the detail which you think delivery carrier should have for correct delivery, because we found in most of cases of non-receipt of parcel, parcel misdelivered due to incomplete or missing information delivery address.

Further it is advised to once check our Amazon/eBay/bonanza selling profile before placing the order if any of our product is available for free faster delivery (or at reduced shipping charges) is or not (subject to availability of stock at respective fulfilment center).

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery of the product. Buyer will have to pay return shipping cost.

Exceptions:

Return shipping cost will not be applied if:

If the item received is damaged or defective. In that case we will send free replacement if you need.

In case of any defective item received, buyer will have to send clear photo of the item received with the photo of the parcel envelope in which item has been received, within 1 day you receive the parcel in your hand. If any kind of query, relating to the return, please feel free to contact us.
